I was recommended to see Dr. Param by a friend for a second opinion after being diagnosed with a slipped disc. My previous doctor had suggested surgery, which left me feeling anxious and uncertain. Meeting Dr. Param was truly a relief—he is extremely professional, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He provided clear, honest advice about my recovery options and reassured me that surgery is not always necessary unless absolutely needed. His approach gave me a renewed sense of confidence in my recovery. Thanks to Dr. Param's encouragement—especially his words, “be persistent”—I now feel hopeful about healing without surgery. The clinic staff, especially Nurse Dilah, were also very kind and supportive. She even reminded me about my medical leave (MC), which I had completely forgotten in my excitement after the consultation. Special thanks as well to Physiotherapist Mr. Alan. He was very patient, supportive, and carefully guided me through the correct techniques for my exercises. After just two days of following his instructions, I already feel a significant improvement in my back. I will continue practicing the exercises to further strengthen my back muscles. During my hospital stay, Nurse Mazni provided excellent care in many aspects. Dr. Param gave detailed explanations and sound advice during my treatment. It is now 2024, and I returned for treatment of a fractured right hand with Dr. Nor Azam. Nurse Mazni's service is still the same as before, with good care and much assistance at the counter. I also want to mention Nurse Fiza, who assisted Dr. Azam with her excellent service to me and facilitated my affairs at the Joint & Spine Centre.

Visited Pantai hospital KL to see Dr Parameswaran ( orthopedic surgery) for my left sit bone injury. Nurse Adilah is really helpful and friendly. Doctor is nice and based on his diagnosis, he provided a few options which i think really sensible and he won't suggest unnecessary procedures. Coming back for my follow up in 3 weeks' time! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Parameswaran Suppiah and his team. We visited him, last week for my mother's treatment, and the level of care was exceptional. Dr Parameswaran is not only a highly professional Orthopedic surgeon, but he is also incredibly attentive and patient with elderly individuals.
