4 days of sitting at the post office, everything was okay. Dr. Amirozi & Dr. Low were okay. The nurses were all friendly, very helpful, especially Ms. Farah Insyirah, Ms. Zanarita & Ms. Siti only, maybe they could improve a little about the atmosphere at night/rest because sometimes the staff chatted quite loudly to the point of disturbing the patient who wanted to rest.. Overall service was okay.

My sincere thanks to Dr. Low Chun Leong for his professionalism and attentiveness. He is very patient and takes the time to listen carefully to both patient and family members, making us feel respected and understood. He took excellent care of my mother, and throughout the entire treatment process, our family felt reassured and at ease. I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the nurses in the ICU and Flora Ward. They are incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring, and their dedication truly made a difference during this difficult time.
