My husband was hospitalised for over three weeks due to a pelvic fracture. Dr Gopinath was the first doctor who treated him and later referred him to Dr Premganesh, an expert in advanced trauma care. I sincerely appreciate Dr Gopinath’s selflessness and dedication, as he always puts his patients’ interests first. Dr Premganesh may appear stern, but he is extremely professional and dedicated. He explained every procedure clearly, ensured we understood the treatment, and always invited questions. I value his honesty and firm guidance, which greatly contributed to my husband’s recovery. The doctors at Oriental Hospital work closely as a team, always prioritising patient care. The nurses in Ward 6B were attentive, polite, and supportive. They guided and assisted me when I chose to care for my husband personally. Overall, we are very satisfied with the excellent care, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and free parking.

Dr. Prem has been my doctor for my slipped disc since 2024, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and dedication he has shown throughout my journey. Because my condition happened at a young age, he thoughtfully considered many different alternatives and treatment options that were suitable for my situation, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. He always explains things in a very clear and detailed way, making sure I truly understand what is happening and what my choices are before making any decisions. That level of transparency and patience gave me a lot of reassurance during a very difficult time. I’m still referring to him in 2026 and recently underwent another procedure under his care, where I was taken care of exceptionally well. Dr. Prem is one of those rare doctors who genuinely goes above and beyond for his patients. Even when patients are hospitalised, he makes the effort to check on them beyond his usual visitation hours, which speaks volumes about his compassion and commitment.
