I was admitted to the ward from 15th to 19th July 2025 and spent five days in the hospital. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Cally from the Emergency Department for her prompt attention and to Staff Nurse Rashidi for his excellent care. Everything was handled swiftly once I mentioned the need for a CT scan. A special thank you to Dr. Ng Tze Jian for managing my treatment and to Dr. Wan Ming Hui for successfully performing my surgery. I am also truly grateful to all the staff at Sakura Ward for their compassionate and attentive care throughout my stay. All the nurses in the Sakura Ward were incredibly friendly and cheerful, which made the recovery experience much more comfortable. Highly recommended for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Ng Tze Jian and the team at KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital. I would like to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Dr Ng Tze Jian, who played such an important role in my mother’s (Chew Siok Peng) journey. What started as a routine health check-up could have easily been just another normal medical appointment. However, Dr Ng carefully assessed my mother and detected that there was a problem with her heart. His attention to detail and professional judgment led to further cardiac investigations, which eventually revealed that my mother had a serious heart condition. As a family, we are truly grateful that Dr Ng did not overlook the signs. His careful assessment and decision to investigate further became the first and most important step towards saving my mother’s life. My mother was subsequently referred for further specialist treatment and underwent major heart surgery at KPJ Damansara Specialist 2. Thankfully, my mother has now completed her treatment successfully and is recovering well. Seeing her healthy, smiling and back with our family today is something we are incredibly grateful for. Looking back, we often think about what might have happened if that heart problem had not been detected during her health check-up. That is why we will always be grateful to Dr Ng. Sometimes, a doctor’s greatest contribution is not only in treating a patient, but in recognising something that could otherwise have gone unnoticed. Dr Ng, thank you for your carefulness, professionalism and genuine care for my mother. Your decision to look beyond a routine health check-up ultimately gave our family the opportunity to act in time. Today, my mother is doing well, and our family can once again sit together, talk, laugh and enjoy our time with her. That means more to us than words can express. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Dr Ng Tze Jian, and thank you to the entire team at KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital. Sakura ward 625 I went to KPJ on 1/4 due to severe diarrhea. Dr Ng Tze Jian first met me and explained the cause of my illness in detail. He is a gentle and considerate doctor. While he was doing a heart scan for me, he explained the entire scan to the nurse in a very gentle tone. Due to the blood in my diarrhea, Dr Ng Tze Jian suggested that I do an endoscopy, but unfortunately he could not do it due to insurance issues. After a few days of x-rays, scans, blood draws, etc., plus medication and injections, I finally stopped the diarrhea. But there was still blood in the stool, and Dr Ng Tze Jian judged that it might be hemorrhoids. So I was met by Dr Hasnizal again. The first time I saw this Malay doctor, I had a very warm feeling! After his examination, it was indeed related to hemorrhoids, and he suggested that I tie the hemorrhoids. After taking a few pills, my bleeding condition has improved. This morning, I completed the operation in no more than 10 minutes, and there was no pain at all. Every nurse and staff here is smiling, friendly and caring to the patients. Thank you to the nurses for taking good care of me during my hospitalization. Thank you very much!
