I was admitted to the ward from 15th to 19th July 2025 and spent five days in the hospital. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Cally from the Emergency Department for her prompt attention and to Staff Nurse Rashidi for his excellent care. Everything was handled swiftly once I mentioned the need for a CT scan. A special thank you to Dr. Ng Tze Jian for managing my treatment and to Dr. Wan Ming Hui for successfully performing my surgery. I am also truly grateful to all the staff at Sakura Ward for their compassionate and attentive care throughout my stay. All the nurses in the Sakura Ward were incredibly friendly and cheerful, which made the recovery experience much more comfortable. Highly recommended for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication.

Sakura ward 625 I went to KPJ on 1/4 due to severe diarrhea. Dr Ng Tze Jian first met me and explained the cause of my illness in detail. He is a gentle and considerate doctor. While he was doing a heart scan for me, he explained the entire scan to the nurse in a very gentle tone. Due to the blood in my diarrhea, Dr Ng Tze Jian suggested that I do an endoscopy, but unfortunately he could not do it due to insurance issues. After a few days of x-rays, scans, blood draws, etc., plus medication and injections, I finally stopped the diarrhea. But there was still blood in the stool, and Dr Ng Tze Jian judged that it might be hemorrhoids. So I was met by Dr Hasnizal again. The first time I saw this Malay doctor, I had a very warm feeling! After his examination, it was indeed related to hemorrhoids, and he suggested that I tie the hemorrhoids. After taking a few pills, my bleeding condition has improved. This morning, I completed the operation in no more than 10 minutes, and there was no pain at all. Every nurse and staff here is smiling, friendly and caring to the patients. Thank you to the nurses for taking good care of me during my hospitalization. Thank you very much!
