My family have a good experience seeking medical advice and treatment at KPJ Bandar Dato Onn. In May 2025my father falled and can’t move at home and I brought him to the KPJ Emergency. Before that I called the hospital to ask some questions. The customer service has been really helpfull in providing all the answers. The team at the Emergency Centre provide fast evaluation for my father. I feel they prioritize him too since he is an elderly. He was disgnosed with stroke and warded. He was treated by Dr. Wong during the hospitalization and continue with followup appoinment and treatment at Dr. Wong’s clinic. We really appreciate the attention, advises and kind gesture from Dr. Wong and his assistant Syahirah in facilitating our father’s treatment. I was hospitalized due to sudden blood pressure at emergency. The result out with several diseases such like diabetes and others. Dr. Wong Hoe Jiunn is very polite, patient, provides clear advice regarding symptoms that experienced during under medication, well experienced doctor suggesting the alternative medication for prevent the symptoms and his treatment service was outstanding during stay at ward. We came here for diabetes care and were fortunate to meet Dr. Wong Hoe Jiunn (Internal Medicine). He is very caring and patient, explains everything clearly, and truly listens to what the patient has to say. What impressed us the most was during the MRI. I was feeling very scared and anxious, and Dr. Wong personally stayed nearby and reassured me throughout the MRI.
