Great experience with Dr. Reshnu Suri ! I had a wonderful experience visiting Hospital Kuala Lumpur. I initially booked an online appointment for a scaling and polishing package for a checkup and was assigned to Dr. Reshnu Suri. The entire examination went smoothly. Dr. Reshnu speaks fluent English and had no problem understanding me when I spoke in Bahasa Indonesia, which made communication effortless and comfortable. After the checkup and consultation, Dr. Reshnu kindly checked if I had any specific dental concerns or complaints. Based on that, I decided to add a dental filling procedure during the same visit. I had my upper and lower wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Reshnu Suri with Nurse Ika assisting, and I’m really thankful for their care. After doing the X-rays, Dr. Reshnu reassured me that it wouldn’t require surgery, just a normal extraction, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. She mentioned it would likely be little pain and a quick recovery — and she was absolutely right. The whole process went smoothly, I felt completely at ease in their hands, and I appreciated how professional yet kind they both were throughout.

Wow! I absolutely loved our experience. We walked in without an appointment for my 8-year-old son’s dental check-up, and Dr. Reshnu Suri was incredibly helpful and wonderfully child-friendly.
