Thank you so much to Tim Insurance Department (Nurse Priyaa), all the nurses and admin team, and especially Dr. Tan Chiang Soo 💕 who very quickly assisted with our insurance processing. In less than half a day, our insurance was approved, and we could proceed directly with the catheterization and balloon procedure in the heart. The room was also very nice, allowing the caregiver to rest. The nurses were all kind, I really liked it. I highly recommend this hospital 💕

I received treatment at Northern and was attended to by Dr. Tan. Overall, Northern Hospital is good, clean, organized, and systematic, so the wait times were not too long. The clinic area and rooms were also very comfortable while waiting, and the equipment was modern and advanced. The doctors and nurses were kind and very friendly. As for Dr. Tan himself, he had excellent communication with me, was very detailed and patient in his explanations, and was very helpful in finding the best course of action. I had a stent and balloon procedure done by him. After the procedure, I was able to go home the very next day. Thank you, Dr. Tan. Thank you also to Nurse Rosita, who was very helpful at the clinic. She was very efficient and to the point, giving instructions that were very easy to understand and clear.

Northern Hearth Penang, is an excellent hospital in health screening mainly for heart . Doctors are humbled and ready to resolve all doubts , special thanks to Dr Tan Chiang Soo. Staff is very polite and cooperative especially Nurul, Vasuki and Amalina from health screening center. These include quality medical care and a comfortable and safe atmosphere, caring and empathetic staff, well-maintained patient records, respect for their data privacy, and efficient processes that save time. Hospital was well organized and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. Highly recommend this hospital.

Long queue for doctor Tan Chiang Soo. The doctor is here at 3 pm and only 4 patients have come in, the doctor has already left for other tasks (catheter/surgery/???) so what about the many patients who are still there? We have been waiting for a long time, healthy patients can become unhealthy because of waiting.. please make a better system. Arrange the consultation schedule and other doctor's tasks, so that everything runs well. I'm sure the doctor is also very tired, serving patients all day.. hopefully with good management, everything can be good
