Overall, the hospital is good, clean, and the treatment is prompt. I went to see Dr. Tan Chiang Soo. I just think the cafeteria is lacking, or a food vending machine would be better. Because I arrived early and waited several hours to see the doctor.

Northern Hearth Penang, is an excellent hospital in health screening mainly for heart . Doctors are humbled and ready to resolve all doubts , special thanks to Dr Tan Chiang Soo. Staff is very polite and cooperative especially Nurul, Vasuki and Amalina from health screening center. These include quality medical care and a comfortable and safe atmosphere, caring and empathetic staff, well-maintained patient records, respect for their data privacy, and efficient processes that save time. Hospital was well organized and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. Highly recommend this hospital.

We see Dr Tan Chiang Soo at Northern Heart Hospital, we followed him from Penang Advertist Hospital, we known him since 2013, when he saved my husband (Djohan T) with steemcell program, really miracle what his done, and we can also talk about anything with him by e-mail, so far he is only one doctor I know who care & kindly to patient, tq much Dr Tan Chiang Soo, may God bless you always 🙏
