Dr. Thirumurugan took my concerns seriously and arranged for an MRI scan. Through this, he not only identified the cause of my spine issue but also discovered an unexpected ovarian cyst. I am grateful that he quickly referred me to the right specialist for further evaluation. His thoroughness and professionalism gave me confidence and peace of mind. I also want to highlight the amazing support from the hospital staff and nurses when I thought I had lost my IC. Everyone was very helpful they even reviewed the CCTV footage and assisted me in trying to locate it. In the end, I found the IC inside my own handbag, but I truly appreciate their patience and kind assistance throughout the process. Thank you once again to Dr. Thirumurugan and the Columbia Asia team for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. I truly felt well cared for.

Admitted for burst compression fracture of L1. Had PSIF procedure done by Dr Thirumurugan Kurusamy. Young vibrant doctor. He was more confident than I was. Attentive after surgery with visits. To be followed up by him also post op. Dr Zodhi, kind and gentle anaesthetist. Commend all Nurses , PT and staff, especially Nurse Nur Faizatul Najimah who had the good idea of asking her colleague to both help me stand up after surgery. The 2 support made it possible. I would ask Columbia Asia to offer her a scholarship to further her knowledge and qualification in her area of interest. Follow up appointment on 19 Aug. Waited half an hour for our number to be called. That was after checking with them after waiting 25 minutes.

I was admitted for a 5th MTB Fracture and was treated by the fantastic Dr. Thirumurugan. I really appreciate how he handled everything; he did a great job explaining my condition and the surgery in a clear and reassuring way. I'm now recovering smoothly. The hospital staff also deserve high praise—they were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my entire stay. A genuinely positive experience.
