I had a great experience at Columbia Asia Puchong. I was admitted to ward MD1 for my back pain and was under the care of Dr Thirumurugan. He is very knowledgeable in orthopaedics and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment plan. His professionalism and calm approach really reassured me throughout my stay. The nurses in ward MD1 were all kind and helpful, which made my stay more comfortable. Special thanks to nurse sabrina, who was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She even assisted me to the toilet and never once showed any frustration, even though I took quite a long time. She remained gentle and kept smiling, which truly meant a lot to me during my recovery. The ward was clean, well maintained and the overall service was excellent. From admission to discharge, everything was smooth and well organized.
