I went to gleneagles visit dr Gan woi for heart and Dr Sathindren for neurologycal. They're verry helpful gave us answer when we ask. I thought the staff and nurse helpfull also. They can speak bahasa, english, mandarin(chinees). The international guest have their own advantage which is they can get pick up airport. So we can stay near at Gleneagles hospital. Lot of guest house and small apartment there. The farmacy is near either with the hospital. You just can walk through one building and see the welling farmacies. I will mention which guest house i stayed for 5days in other review. I stayed at Mandalay 33.

I chose Gleneagles on the reputation of Dr Hafiz and I wasn’t disappointed. From the very beginning through to my discharge I found the entire hospital and staff excellent. Their customer service officer Suhaila was very helpful and a special mention to ICU nurse Lim Chia Shin, she was amazing. Dr Hafiz, Dr Gan, and their cardiology team are all first class and I would highly recommend Gleneagles Hospital.

The International Patient Center here was very helpful to us as overseas patients, and the service was very fast. We saw Dr. Gan Hwa Wooi, and his service was excellent. His explanations were very clear. Our medical journey became perfect and enjoyable.

Fast service, nice place, clean room and clean environment. Heart surgery took less than 30 minutes, and I was able to go home the next day. Thank you Dr. GAN HWA WOOI, Dr. Chan, and all the nurses 🙏 The hospital food was also delicious, felt like a vacation 😁 Truly recommended 👍
