I was introduced by my oncology Dr.ZUL (Pantai) to Dr. BIWSA (Radiotherapist KPJ) in mid April 21. Was really skeptical about not knowing how it works and others but Dr. Biwsa was very patient and kind to answer all questions asked by my sister and my buddy John with details and gave all information's that I could swallowed. The every same day the clinic nurse Mimi took us down to visit the Radiotherapy center - there I met Nurse Veera & Nurse Zaza - whom explained every detail of the cost and how she can help/support me emotionally and payments that I am comfortable with. The next day I am getting ready to met Nurse Encik Zaini who prepared me for the simulations marking and he is very Pro, highly knowledgeable in what he is doing, kind to assured me I am alright. Through out my 1st to number 13th radiotherapy treatments - Nurse Paulyn and Nurse Fairuz, all are very kind, gentle, nice towards me. Take time to talk to me, distracting me form building anxiety as I enter the area from the start to the end. I had MRIT - it was good, I have no severed side effect beside sore throat and slight headache as one of the radio point was on my neck. Through out the whole treatments this AMAZING TEAM of Radiotherapist from clinic to center, from beginning - meeting Dr.Biswa to meeting Team of 5 compassionates, kind and always with smiles (Veera, Zaza, Zaini, Paulyn and Fairuz) were AWESOME!!! It did not only gave me great experiences but also built confidence in me that I am not alone in this journey. Thank you very Much for been caring, kind and compassionate to Doctor Biwsa, nurse Mimi and the 5 superhero - Veera, Zaza, Zaini, Paulyn and Fairuz. thank you very much. GOD Bless you ALL.

very friendly environment staff i experienced from the radiotherapy department, DCC Department & Dr Biswa clinic and his staff there very good explanations from the team Mr zaini , paulin,mazlina,irdina,farzana,dayana,fauzi,tines, mimie and devaki everyone had assist a lot on my daughter treatment

Bad expriencien with Dr Biswa Mohan and all his staff but very good treatment with Dr Jon Lau and his staff.I also have a good expriencien with all DCC staff (Niza,Ms Leong,Nando & Mano).They are very helpful.
