We had a very good experience with Dr. Mah Siew Lee at Island Hospital Penang. He is an excellent OB-GYN — skilled, patient, and very kind to his patients. The service was outstanding, the surgery result was excellent, and we felt well cared for throughout the whole journey. Special thanks to Nurse Jessica Soon for her warm, attentive, and professional support. My whole family goes to Island Hospital Penang to see Dr. Mah because we trust him so much. Great experience in Island Hospital. Dr. Mah Siew Lee (Obsgyn) who did myoma surgery did excellent job. I can walk on the next day and recovered very fast. Besides that, Dr. Khoo Say Chuan (Urology) did very detail and excellent observation on my urinate process as I had difficulties to urinate. He checked very details and gace detail explanation. Last but not least, Ms. Nor Fazilat (Patient Service) is very professional in assisting my needs, shows empathy and communiative. I am satisfied with the service of Ms. Nor Fazilat. She is very personable, positive attitute and the role model for all associates in giving the excellent service towards patients. Thank you Island Hospital. I will be back by 3 months time.
