I'm a father of baby nur khayra aisyah where my baby admit at RSH twice. 1st because of hfmd on May 2023 and recently because of rotavirus. Both under Dr Koh Teck Wai (DKTW) at paeds ward 2A. I'm strongly recommend to see DKTW because he's really taking good care of my baby until she's fully felt fine and recover only then can discharge. The services at ward also good, the Sister and all the nurses really give 100% committed doing their job, also always being helpful when my wife asked for help during handle my baby. Just push the help button and they will come and help, really appreciate it. The insurans and billing satelite level 2 also really helpful and efficience. My baby admission approve fast and also during discharge don't need to wait long time, the bill come quickly. During take medication at pharmacy also don't need to wait long time and staff explaination is good. For food menu maybe can be more tasteful because I felt tasteless during eat it and will bring KFC from outside 😂 But overall is good. The cleaner also polite and the room and toilet is clean. Not to forget P.A DKTW both is so helpful too during at clinic. Hope RSH can be more extremely excellent after the new building completely done. Thank you 😊

Dr Koh teck wai is the best doctor, My son is under Dr Koh Teck wai since baby till now. My son got seizure attack at midnight also he come and attend him immediately. Thanks to doctor and hospital team also customer service staff name Siti Noraishah nice .

Last Friday, both my son and myself was warded due to Dengue fever. Though it took about 4 hours for the room to be ready, the entire process was great. The staff are very helpful and taking good care of us. Thanks to Dr. Koh TW and Dr. Chan KM for the meticulous care during the 6 days. Thanks to every department, from Clinics, A&E staff (my son was given IV drip at A&E while waiting for the room) and the nurses at Ward 5A. Oh yes...at Radiology dept, a nurse was helping me to change before the Xray. Seeing me in difficult due to the IV drip, she wheeled me to the changing room and assist me. I am truly appreciate it as I do not any family to assist me during that time. I got so much to be thankful though feeling unwell and giddy. The food was fantastic though I can't eat well. My son finish everything. I also notice the cleaner is doing their cleaning well and very polite and trying to do their job without much disruption. I am very touched by their hospitality. Though the hospital is full and very busy. They are trying their best in carrying their duty. The discharge is very fast too. While waiting for our insurance, the girl from business office came to our room and explained the billing carefully. And yes, though I can't remember her name, she is very cheerful and polite. Keep up the great work. My heart felt thank you to each and everyone of you. ❤️❤️❤️ Some suggestions: 1. Carry out Xray first before fixing the IV drip. It's easier for patient. 2. My bed headlight at Room 507(2) keep flicking. 3. A guy walk in suddenly to search for his stuff at night without permission. I know it is not the staff fault. Informed the nurse. She talk to the man and he apologise. Small better but can be further improved.

Came to the emergency department due to my child's high fever. Dr. Koh Teck Wai (pediatrician) quickly obtained the results. My child was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection. The staff at Regency Hospital were very helpful. My child is recovering well, and Dr. Koh Teck Wai (pediatrician) is still monitoring my child's progress.

Our son was admitted to the hospital for a few days, and we are truly grateful to the Dr Koh Teck Wai and nurses for taking such good care of him. Dr Koh were patient, gentle, and explained his condition clearly. The nurses checked on him frequently throughout the day and night, making sure his condition was closely monitored and that he was as comfortable as possible. Their dedication, kindness, and reassurance meant so much to us during this stressful time. Thank you to the entire medical team for your professionalism and compassionate care. We truly appreciate everything you have done for our family.
