My mom is a pensioner and has been under IJN follow up for many years and finally agreed for valve replacement surgery after being counseled by Dr Aslannif who has been very professional and is able to give good advice and best care to his patients, I wish to extend my appreciation to him and the ward/icu nurses n doctors who took care of my mom throughout her stay in hospital. She is doing well post surgery. Despite never meeting the surgeon who did the op (only meeting medical officers) Some rooms for improvement: Contact with cardiothoracic team can be further improved as we had minimum discussion/updates from them. That is also being a doctor I had to frequently asked the nurses for updates, otherwise we were left in the dark, and communication skill for their medical officer can further be improved instead of brushing off questions. Dr A**** N***** was not up to par with the rest. Me n my family experience with him has not been good n leave a bad impression for the team. On the other hand Dr Aimat was friendly, helpful and courteous during our brief encounter in patient and at out patient clinic. Otherwise overall IJN has good facilities and doctors.

Doctor Aslannif cardiologist consultant services is excellent and very professional. Overall enviroment are clean and tidy.
