Subject: Appreciation to the Dialysis Centre Team and Dr. Kee Dear Management, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the wonderful team at the Dialysis Centre who were on duty on 26 June 2026. Although I do not know their names, I will always remember their kindness, professionalism, warm smiles, and compassionate care. My mother underwent her very first dialysis treatment that day. As her family, we were extremely anxious and emotionally overwhelmed. However, from the moment we arrived, every staff member—from the first employee we met at the entrance to the registration counter staff and the dialysis nurses—treated us with genuine warmth, patience, and respect. The nurses were incredibly caring and reassuring throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and gentle encouragement helped both my mother and me relax. They changed our perception of dialysis and showed us that it does not have to be a frightening or painful experience when patients are cared for with such compassion. Lastly, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Kee. Dr. Kee is not only an exceptionally skilled doctor but also a truly kind and compassionate person. He helped us through one of the most difficult decisions regarding my mother’s treatment and patiently guided us with confidence and clarity. More importantly, he eased the heavy emotional burden that I had been carrying for a long time. His reassurance gave us hope and peace of mind during a very challenging period.
