His care and explanations truly made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire process. My sincere thanks also go to all the nurses on Level 3C, the helpers who delivered my meals every day, and Dr. Ken from the Allergy Clinic, who was extremely detailed in identifying the medications I am allergic to. This has made my future treatment much easier and safer. I am also grateful to the nurses who accompanied me to the clinic and brought me back afterwards, as well as the entire Gleneagles KL team who were so friendly and professional during my 10 days in Ward 3C. I went to Gleneagle Hospital for severe stomach pain. Dr Paul attended to me with patience and was very professional. Did my laparoscopic surgery to remove my gallbladder. Gave detailed information post surgery to me & answered my questions which i have soooo many and even gave his contact no if i have any further questions - which almost non of any doctors i known ever done, kudos doctor! Now i dont feel so bad & panic not having my gallbladder anymore.. but still sad :( Keep up ur professionalism & all the best in everything u do doc! Dr. Paul was recommended to me through a family friend who also suffered from abdominal pain and I’ve heard many wonderful things about him. I can say without a doubt he is a very professional, reliable and outstanding doctor who really cares about his patients. My stomach pains were getting quite painful and I was hesitant and scared to visit a specialist as I was worried that I might have something serious.
