I am a foreigner from the UK and whilst travelling SE Asia, I needed to see a Doctor for advice regarding a suspicious Mammogram and a follow up Anoscopy. I can honestly say that my experience from start to finish was absolutely 'first class' with Gleneagles Hospital. Dealing with the reception staff, nurses and Dr Kiru and his wonderful team made me feel I was in totally safe hands. The hospital and its wards were spotless. Dr Kiru is a kind hearted, empathetic, wonderful human being. Having had to have an overnight stay and lumpectomy my scar and indentation in my breast is like it has been done by a plastic surgeon. I am so happy with my results. When Dr Kiru and his team knew I could not claim my anoscopy costs back through my insurance, they did everything to reduce my fees to reflect that I did not require a full procedure. It ended up substantially cheaper than the standard fee. My heartfelt thanks goes out to Dr Kiru, his team and all the staff and nurses during my treatment. Gleneagles could teach the National Health Service in the UK a lot with its efficiency and professionalism. Thank you to everyone concerned
