I visited Dr. Chua Yeok Pin, Orthopedic Surgeon, as a walk-in at approximately 9:30am without an appointment, hoping to get an urgent opinion. As expected, the doctor was attending to patients with prior appointments, so I had to wait a few hours for my turn. Although the waiting time was quite long, I truly appreciated the support from the clinic staff. A young lady assistant (possibly an orthopedic trainee) was especially kind, helpful, and selfless in sharing general medical guidance. Her support made a real difference and helped reassure me while I was waiting. From a casual conversation with other patients in the waiting area, I also learned that Dr. Chua actively participates in volunteer work whenever his schedule allows—an insight that highlights his commitment to serving others beyond the scope of his clinical responsibilities. Overall, despite the waiting, the visit was worthwhile, and I’m grateful for the assistance I received. 23/4/2026

I fell down and hurt my foot quite badly. Thankfully I came here and Dr Chua took good care of me. He explained what happened in a way I could understand and made me feel less worried. After the treatment, my foot feels so much better and I’m able to walk more comfortably now. Really grateful for the help and care I received.

My stay was very pleasant here in sunway again as have to manage my wound on the legs again at wound care tower D. Dr Chua yoke ping was fantastic and pleasant. Moreover Dr Naresh was like a friend as he care very well, Dr Wong ming was most jovial and happy to see her on round. Most importantly Ms Malathy the dietician had been so good to provide me with the type of food to my likings and was having a good appetite after she visited me at the ward. Appreciate all the help given to me on my stay here.
