整体住院体验非常满意，主治医生DR'YIA 专业耐心，查房细致认真，能清晰讲解病情与后续护理注意事项；全体护士服务贴心周到，随叫随到，日常护理细致温柔，院内环境、餐食、配套设施各方面都做得很到位。 唯独出院结算流程效率偏低，下午3点多医生就完成查房确认准予出院，院方同步启动出院手续，但一直等到将近晚上7点才把最终账单提交给保险公司，漫长等待消耗了大量时间，希望医院能优化出院结算、保险对接的办事效率，减少病患等候时长。 Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my inpatient experience here. The attending doctor DR'YAP is professional and patient, with thorough ward rounds and clear explanations of my condition and aftercare instructions. All nurses are thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly to every request and providing gentle, meticulous daily care. The hospital environment, meal service and supporting facilities are all well-managed. However, the discharge billing process was extremely slow. My doctor finished the final ward round and approved my discharge at around 3:49 PM, and the hospital started my discharge procedure right after. Yet the final bill was only submitted to my insurer nearly at 7 PM. The lengthy waiting wasted a lot of my time. I sincerely hope the hospital can optimize the efficiency of discharge settlement and insurance submission procedures to cut down waiting time for patients.

My Kidney Stone Journey 1/1/2026 (Dr. Yia and Dr. Rahman) Ward Level 4 I found out I had a stone in my kidney and the pain I endured for several weeks. I thought my back pain was due to work fatigue. I thought my stomach pain was due to indigestion because I often didn't take care of my meal times. Turns out my assumptions were wrong. All the nurses and staff at KPJ attended to me very well. Even the cleaners. 13/1/2026 (Ward Level 3) Dr. Mohamed attended to me and inserted a stent to facilitate the stone's expulsion. 30/1/2026 (Ward Level 3) Re-admitted to the OT to remove the stent and for the procedure. Dr. Mohamed and Dr. Firdaus attended to me. I am very grateful that everything was resolved today, 6/2/2026, which is the last day of my MC. All the doctors attended to my case well and with dedication. Within a month, everything ended well and I am free.
