The nurses at B2 were exceptional — consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their dedication did not go unnoticed and made a significant difference in my overall experience. The environment was comfortable, and the room upgrade was very much appreciated. The meals provided were also pleasant and acceptable.
