Done my treatment here on 21/2/2023. Thanks to professional specialist Dr. Khor Tze Wei for the treatment with knowledge, available buggy service if park very far, the surgery staff very polite, good facilities, and very helpful nurses. The front desk is not very polite and not approachable when ask, and first timer doesn't know where to go. Can improve more on customer service, giving clear instructions, especially at the front reception to be approachable, and busiest billing department. Btw, I'm satisfied patients and customers.

The registration personnel on his clinic are pleasant and highly efficient. From consultation to admissions I do not have to wait long at all. Thank you Dr. Khor and all the nurses and staff in Borneo Medical Centre, we are lucky to have such facility exist in Kuching that allowed patient to be seen and treated with utmost respect. Cons: Although CT Scan area is a bit of waiting but that is understandable.
