I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Hung Liang Choo, her nurse Ms. Vee, and another nurse stationed at the children’s blood pressure department counter. Dr. Hung is a truly professional and meticulous doctor. She explained every detail regarding my daughter’s condition with great care and provided us with clear and helpful advice. I can genuinely feel her passion and dedication to her work, and we are truly grateful to be under her care. Special thanks as well to the kind nurse at the children’s blood pressure section — she was so patient and thoughtful, and even gave my daughter a cute sticker. It really helped to calm her nerves and made the experience less scary for her. I would also like to compliment the excellent customer service at SMVC — from the security guard to the reception staff, everyone was courteous, efficient, and professional. It was a reassuring and pleasant experience throughout.
