Our appointment was at evening clinic with Dr Poorni for our daughter. The doctor treated our daughter with great care, listened to all our doubts and questions and very empathetically and patiently answered all our queries. We would definitely recommend Dr Poorni to anyone who is looking for a very warm and caring doctor for this child.

I usually bring my daughter to the evening pediatric clinic. Dr Poorani, her nurses Ms Thevamalar and Ms Zamzarina always take very good care of her. Very much recommended. Dr Poorani is very patient and takes time to explain in details.

The service is good. Doctor Poorani is a great doctor.

I just delivered my baby at Pantai KL with Dr Muniswaran.. My baby’s paed was Dr Purani. I had an amazing experience. The nurses took care of me very well. I was struggling to breastfeed as a first time mom, nurse Banupriya guided me a lot in this process. She checked on me each time to make sure I can breastfeed. Nurse Amy and Maria taught and helped me on the breast pump. The one time home visit was good too, Banu and nurse Ifa Shamila came to see us. Nurse Ifa was very patient. Thank you all.

We’ve just been discharged after a 2n1d stay and would highly recommend this hospital. We took our 2 year old to the emergency department around 9pm and were seen quickly. The nurses and doctors on shift were caring and reassuring during what was a very scary time. After a few hours of monitoring we were admitted and our room felt clean and comfortable (paediatric ward, block B, 5th floor). Again, all of the nurses were wonderful and our assigned paediatrician - Dr Poorani - was excellent with such a calming and friendly bedside manner. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the timing of services on the ward such as cleaning. Around 8:30pm when my daughter was already sleeping, the cleaner came to empty the bins. Lights were off and our sound machine was on so it was clear that we were trying to rest but she was incredibly loud and also held the door open so the noises and light from the hallway woke us up. Someone also came by to our room to fill up our water jugs at 5am - I appreciate their attentiveness but the timing could have been better. All in all, should my family require hospitalisation again we will absolutely choose Pantai hospital.
