What's even more commendable is his kindness and infinite patience with patients. It was fate, in a way. My daughter was seeing Dr. Lau for gynecology at CMH, which is how we inadvertently learned about Dr. Goh's expertise and decided to entrust my knee problem to him. They guided me through every step and made me feel calm and supported.

This was my first time registering at CMH Specialist Hospital Seremban for an ovarian ultrasound, accompanied by my mother and husband. I was very impressed with Dr. Lau Jihn Hwa. As a Deaf individual, communication is extremely important to me. Dr. Lau did not hesitate to remove his mask so I could read his facial expressions and lip movements. He explained everything very clearly and in detail, providing a lot of information about my condition. At the same time, he typed on the computer to ensure I fully understood. I felt very respected and understood throughout the consultation session. Truly professional and caring 👍🏻. Just a small feedback for improvement - during the initial check-in at the counter, the blood pressure monitor was fitted rather loosely, and my height measurement was also inaccurate. During the follow-up with the doctor, I had to correct my actual height. I hope the hospital can pay attention to ensure basic procedures are carried out more meticulously. Overall, the experience with the doctor was very good and satisfactory.
