Dr Sim together with his assistant Ms Ghauri were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and clearly explained every step of from consultation, pre ops, post ops and follow up treatment. I had a very good experience with my Orthopaedic and Spine Dr Sim Chaw Shian and her assistant Ghauri. Dr Sim was professional, patient and clearly explained my condition and treatment options, which helped me feel reassured and well-informed. Ghauri was friendly, efficient and very helpful with appointments and follow-ups. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help especially on GL requests made a significant difference in my overall experience. Overall, the care provided was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
