Follow Up Day . Dr. Tan Chin Khoon is very gentle during the procedure and provides clear, easy-to-understand explanations. The clinic assistant, Madam Asilah, is very helpful, giving thorough explanations before the procedure and making everything smooth and easy. The nurse (name forgotten) who assisted during the procedure was very friendly, professional, and made me feel relaxed throughout. The porter, Ammar Syafiq, who came to pick me up from daycare and bring me to Dr. Tan’s clinic, was very helpful throughout the process. A big thank you to all the staff involved for their care and support! 🫶🏻

Hospital quality can differ greatly from one hospital to another and can sometimes make the difference between life and death. Given that I live in Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, there are several healthcare facilities which I can choose from. Having said that, I used to frequently fly to Singapore for medical care at Mount Elizabeth and Raffles Hospitals before discovering KPJ Damansara 2. A top-notch hospital with some of the best medical professionals in the nation housed in a spanking new building. I was personally welcomed by their ambassador when I initially arrived at the stunning hospital, who then led me right to the doctor's office. The clinic assistant completed the registration there. Soon after, I saw two women pulling a trolley and providing hot tea and coffee to everyone in the waiting area. I was in Dr. Tan Chin Khoon's capable hands in a matter of minutes. After reviewing my MRI, he gave me the assurance that surgery should only be used as a last resort to treat my knee issues, as opposed to the former doctor from a different institution who insisted on performing surgery right away. Dr Tan promptly scheduled a physiotherapy appointment for me. I was somewhat taken aback when Dato Dr. Sivamohan, the hospital's medical director, introduced himself to everyone present during the physiotherapy session and inquired about their medical conditions personally. I had never seen or experienced anything like it before. He appears to have genuine concern for each patient. I foresee KPJ Damansara 2 as emerging leader in healthcare industry in our country. Something that others must emulate if they want to compete with it. So long Singapore, goodbye.

Really really happy with the service of this hospital, i was so glad I managed to find DR TAN CHIN KHOON again after he left KLSMC. I had recently torn my ligament and I decided to go see a doctor in Gleneagles and he was completely useless, unfortunately it took me 4 days later to find DR TAN again but better late than never. He helped me extract the blood out from my ankle and helped me recover in no time. Really recommend anyone that has bone problems or anything to look for DR TAN CHIN KHOON.
