Visited Gleneagle recently and I am very impressed and satisfied with the professional services provided by Dr OZLAN IZMA, Orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Ozlan demonstrated outstanding medical expertise, patience, and genuine compassion during my consultation. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, explained my condition and treatment options clearly, and ensured that all my questions were answered thoroughly. His calm and reassuring approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process. What impressed me most was his sincere dedication to patient care. I went here for the first time to see Dr. Ozlan from Orthopaedics and from beginning to end, it was a very smooth experience. I booked my appointment online through their website, and their WhatsApp team reached out to me to confirm the appointment. I was also reminded of the appointment by text message 1-2 days before. Parking was quite full but we managed. Directions to the main lobby was clear and I found the registration counter (Lobby 2) through the help of the customer service desk. Registration was also very smooth (remember to bring your GL and referral letter), and each staff were very courteous. The Orthopaedics clinic was easy to find, and though I got a little lost, a nurse kindly directed me to the consultation waiting area. Next, Dr. Ozlan himself was very well-experienced, kind, and thorough. He took his time to examine my medical history and conditions and also taught me some helpful stretches for back pain! I really appreciate not having to rush through the consultation and having the medical concepts explained to me clearly. I generally don’t enjoy going to hospitals, but found that the experience is made more pleasant here. I’d absolutely recommend coming here for your medical needs :)
