I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional experience I had with Kak Amira. She was consistently friendly, demonstrated a high level of knowledge, provided clear explanations throughout my treatment, and delivered excellent customer service. I would also like to thank Dr. Teh Kok Kheng for his wonderful care over the past year. I especially appreciate his positive support and the encouraging words he always offered. I'm truly grateful to both my doctor and therapist for their unwavering support throughout this journey.

I was treated by Dr Liew Siew Khei for my hand injury. She’s a great surgeon, who listened to my concerns and sincere. I felt very assured throughout my recovery period. Her team/assistant (Tini) also cared deeply and was attentive. Special gratitude to Awatif (occupational therapist) who helped me too. She was positive and very encouraging while I did all the exercises. Thank you for making my recovery period a wonderful process.

I would like to express my gratitude to Manager Jeong Ji-yeon and the Korean interpreter team for their assistance during my husband's recent finger surgery and outpatient treatment. My family has been a frequent visitor to the Sunway Subang Jaya Center. Each time, Manager Jeong has shown great consideration for our family, who had recently immigrated to Malaysia, and has always helped us receive prompt and accurate medical care. I am so grateful for all your past help, and I am especially thankful that we were able to proceed with surgery by hand surgery specialist Dr. Liew Siew Khei early this morning. Without Manager Jeong, there could have been a serious incident, but she was truly an angel... her timely assistance helped us through a difficult time. I live in Cyberjaya, an area without major hospitals for foreigners. Even though it's far, the Sunway Subang Medical Center has always been our go-to place when we are sick. Whenever we contacted them in urgent situations, Manager Jeong and the interpreter team provided 24-hour support. I am especially grateful that this time, we were able to receive the necessary surgery without having to travel to Korea, and I will be forever thankful for this.
