I had an overall good experience during my stay. For the ward: The ward was generally okay and the staff were polite. However, there was one incident where a nurse flushed my IV cannula used for medication administration too quickly, which caused significant pain and eventually the cannula had to be removed. After that, it was quite difficult to reinsert a new cannula because my veins are very small. Which lastly, ubat tu diberi secara oral. I hope this can be improved with more gentle handling in the future. For the doctor: Dr. Shahrul Hisham was very good and handled my case well. He was professional, attentive, and explained things clearly, which made me feel reassured and confident with the treatment plan. Same goes to the other medical staff who have treated me so well. For the Physiotherapy Department: All the physiotherapy staff in charge were very good, professional, and helpful. They explained things clearly, were supportive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. I truly appreciate their care and dedication.
