Our mom was hospitalized for 12 days in November 2023 under the care of Dr. Wendy Chong. She was diagnosed with cellulitis and later with bacteremia. Dr. Wendy helped reduce our mom's infection to an acceptable level. After our mom was discharged, Dr. Wendy assisted her in managing her blood sugar levels to prevent another episode of cellulitis. We are very grateful to Dr. Wendy for her constant monitoring and advice. Currently, my mom's blood sugar is at a healthy level. We will continue to bring our mom to Dr. Wendy’s clinic. We can't thank Dr. Wendy and Nurse Azreen enough for the excellent care they have provided. Special thanks to Dr. Wendy Chong, Dr. Chong, Dr. Tristan, Dr. Basir, Dr. Hyder, Azreen, Nana, Atika, Alis and Aisha's and the rest of the nursing staff for your dedication and care for 12 days. Back for health screening again, really smooth and seamless process going between different counters. It’s amazing how they could get health report ready on same day - their staff work so hard, yet maintaining quality customer experience. An Indian lady nurse who attended to me briefed me ahead on ECG waiting time and sent me for breakfast at cafe first. Later she opened another room for ECG when queue was getting long. They even have a team literally making sure clients are not angry because of waiting time. Hard to find customer service like theirs in Malaysia these days. I also want to thank Madam Tan from Health Screening Team for going extra mile to recognize it’s also my birthday and prepare a nice goodie bag for me! I remember her from last year’s visit; such an attentive and warm lady. There were a few other nurses and the doctor also wished me when they saw my IC. Overall a really pleasant experience with the team here in Columbia PJ. Good job, will definitely come back and recommend!

Had dengue fever that morphed into a lung infection. I have not been well for almost a month which is when I was referred to Dr Wendy (Chong Pei Wen), a specialist in internal medicine of Columbia Asia Petaling Jaya. She (along with the nurses and physiotherapist) quite honestly saves my life as I had so many health issues prior to coming here. God bless these incredible group of women who sacrifices their time and energy, working tirelessly to provide the best healthcare services. Thank you Dr Wendy and nurses!

Good experience with this hospital. Good service and hospitality. From the register- ER - Finance Dept for insurance - Admission - Follow up, all are good and great experience for me. X-Ray facility machine was updated with clean environment. Hospital room (4 bed shared) was clean, no smell of medicine, no mosquito, toilet was clean, toiletries provided which is good as I was not prepared. Food wise you are able to select the menu, taste wise I could not comment further because of my sickness. All the teams are helpful and Dr. Wendy Chong was very nice. Thank you Columbia Asia PJ for the pleasant experience.
