Dr Aziah Adib Anuar has been part of my family’s journey since her time at HKL, when she treated my mother for breast cancer. That experience meant a lot to us, and it’s something I will always remember. Because of the trust she built back then, I didn’t think twice about continuing my treatment with her at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. She is not only highly skilled, but also genuinely caring and understanding. She takes the time to listen and makes me feel safe and supported throughout my treatment. I’m also very thankful for her assistant, Shema, who is always warm, cheerful, and ready to help. Their teamwork makes every visit smooth and reassuring. Truly grateful to be under Dr Aziah and her team’s care — I know I’m in good hands.

I visited Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur on April 27, 2026, to seek a second opinion regarding my breast cysts. I was examined by Dr. Nur Aziah, a specialist in breast and endocrine surgery, and was asked to undergo a repeat ultrasound. Everything went smoothly and very quickly. The doctor’s explanation was thorough and reassuring. I was also assisted by Clinic Assistant Ms. Nur Izatulshima (Ms. Shima), who was very efficient.

The service was excellent from the moment I arrived at the door until my appointment. Despite it being lunchtime, the staff were very kind and helpful—they assisted with my registration and even checked in on me, asking if I had eaten. I didn’t mind waiting at all. I’m also very grateful that Dr Aziah was available on the day I urgently needed to see a breast and endocrine surgeon in KL, especially when other places had no availability. That said, the fees are on the higher side. In shaa Allah, I would definitely come again because of the good service and comfortable environment 😍

booked an appointment with Dr Nur Aziah on 22/4/26. made the appointment the day before during the evening and system was quick to confirm my appointment on the same day. amazed with the facilities and the interior, feels like i walked into a hotel instead of a hospital. the food choices there also a lot, feels like a mall already. the staff at the receptionist also friendly and could speak Malay. Dr Nur Aziah and her assistant were very friendly and soft-spoken. Dr just listened to whatever i was talking. what slacking a bit was my experience at Imaging Department for my ultrasound. The staff who served me at the registration counter probably had a bad day, she just pointed and speak very slowly so I had to figure out what she wanted me to do (turns out she wanted me to check my name & IC). Another thing is she & the ultrasound staff inside did not even tell me the ultrasound result was delivered straight away to the doctor and I don’t have to wait actually. However, after the ultrasound I waited for almost an hour for nothing. I thought I have to make a payment separately or wait for the result whatsoever…. maybe my fault also for didn’t ask but I’ll keep it in mind next time. I was lucky enough as the Dr’s assistant called me asking to come up. Dr who did my ultrasound was kind though. Overall, it was a good experience, amazed with the hospitality provided by the staffs. Worth the price :-)
