Im admitted at Jasmine ward for tongsillectomy surgery. And i would like to thank, Dr Valuyeetham (ENT Specialists) who the best in professionalism and explains details clearly with smileys. He treated with patience and give full support. This is my second time visit, and im clearly understanding his consultant. Thanks and respecting to all the CMH staff's and cleaner's for friendly assist me with smile and respectful 😊

Finally I’m taking time to write this review and hopefully some improvement can be made. I was admitted at CMH hospital about 3 weeks ago after a minor surgery. Dr Valuyeetham is an excellent doctor and the clinic staff - Ms Amanda. The staffs at the registration, discharge counter and pharmacy were very friendly and helpful. However - after my surgery I was admitted at Jasmine ward, the experience was horrible. The so called staff nurses working during the night shift are terrible and don’t possess any empathy for someone working in the hospital. Without any family members around at night, we rely on the nurses for assistance but every time I needed something I had to call them several time and only then they would help me. The first night of my surgery - I honestly wanted to leave the hospital worried and scared to stay there without any assistance. Management team - please review the nurses working in that ward. Special shoutout to all the ICU nurses - who were extra attentive and very helpful and caring. I started feeling comfortable and at ease with their care. Apart from the bad experience from Jasmine ward staff- my treatment and recovery at the hospital was in great service. Highly recommended.
