I had this terrible itch on my left ear which was unsolved for many years. Seen through many GPs and specialist. It was not able to be fixed. It can be so itchy then you will keep scratching in hope to dig out whatever which has been disturbing my ear. My problem was solved after I have consulted him. Due to my packed schedule, I was in hope to able to made a very last minute appointment to see him especially when his clinic was about to close. His assistant was very kind to help me to speak to Dr Loh to see if he can still me as his last patient and indeed Dr Loh gave the greenlight and asked me to come. Furthermore, it was MCO and I needed a letter to travel due to travel restriction at that time. His assistant was so competent and able to provide me the travel without any further delay. Thumbs up! Dr Loh was very professional as he stood up when he sees me. Seldom you will see specialist who will stand up and greet you when patient enters the room. He understands the difficulty which I have went through and helped me to done a scope to see what could have been disturbing me all this while. The procedure was quick and I was able to see what he was doing. Also, as he was examining my ear, he explained to me what could be there and how he would be treating it. He is indeed very patience with the number of questions I fed him without any anger or arrogance. My problem was solved finally. Thank you very much to Dr Loh and his assistant. Truly appreciate.
