My child received sinus treatment here. We came because we are familiar with Dr. Zaqrul and are comfortable with his approach. The staff and nurses were good, the room was spacious and clean. All facilities were in good condition. Ward Lily has no windows. Parents had to change the gauze for post-operation nasal bleeding themselves here. Update 8:30 AM - March 20, 2025: The Matron visited this morning. The Matron informed us that the gauze should have been changed by the nurse to monitor the bleeding. Thank you, Matron :) Update 4:51 PM - March 20, 2025: Hospital representative Ms. Lim (Operation Manager, Mawar Medical Centre) presented a bouquet of flowers and fruits. My child's room was upgraded to a VIP suite. Dr. Yogeetha's explanation was easy to understand. Her service was also good. Thank you, Mawar Medical Centre, for this excellent service.

So actually my son got an appointment with Dr Yogeetha. Due to his pain getting worse such as having hard time breathing cold & cough, and hearing problems. So we decided want to admitted here for a better treatment & review from Doctor. So yesterday. He just finish his operation and he said that he could hear & breath normally afterwards. So I would like to Thanks to Dr Yogeetha. For the support, advice & dearly take a good care of her patient until at the end ♥️ very nice and friendly. Her explaination easy to understand. Vip ward was clean and nurses are helpful 🥰

So this is my third time in mawar. First i came to see Dr Ranjit, then Dr Yogeetha and finally Dr Joel. Now i am under Dr Joel and i got admitted to camelia ward. I have fever and also tonsils. So Dr Joel was the one who treated me for these illness. The nurses are great. So far the room is also comfortable and cozy. The food is also great. Nothing to worry about here. I enjoy my stay here👍👍👍

Overall, we had good patient/customer experience. Ambulance responded fast to phone request. Dr. Joel, the consultant physician for my father, provided clear diagnosis and explanation. Likewise, Dr. Yogeetha, the ENT expert. Nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, other attending staff provided equally satisfactory service. Thank you.

My husband admit to mawar for nose checkup. He has issue with his nose. Consulted by Dr Yogeetha. She is very nice to explain things patiently to me and my husband. Overall everything is good from the registration to the ward as well as the treatment. Thanks mawar. Recommended
