The hospital has changed much since my days when I was here to to do operation under Dr Chan a very long time ago . And the last visit I was here was to see Dr Yogeetha due to ear pain . Then and now I could really say the look of the hospital has changed to better and I see new system is good because it is fast and I no need to wait long to get attended. The environment also was very good and welcoming .

Overall, we had good patient/customer experience. Ambulance responded fast to phone request. Dr. Joel, the consultant physician for my father, provided clear diagnosis and explanation. Likewise, Dr. Yogeetha, the ENT expert. Nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, other attending staff provided equally satisfactory service. Thank you.
