Had a great experience here when my baby was admitted due to pneumonia. Big thank you to Dr Leong JenJen and all the nurses at Ward 5C, especially SN Buva, SN Nissa, and PCA Yana. Everyone was very friendly, caring, and helpful. The food service by En Hanis was also good. Really grateful for the excellent care provided.

I did medical check for myself n met pediatric for my baby dr Leong Jen Jen on Dec 2025. For me, dr Leong very patience and confide in answering my question even she has long Q. (I am a new mom and Overthink too much especially when the doctor here in +62 diagnose my baby with allergic but I don’t understand what this allergic was and what should I do) been try to find a clear answer and we met another pediatric but I still couldn’t get any full-filling answer here. I really need someone who I can trust & I can look up to for my baby because I don’t understand about baby or human body/ illnesses at all. yes some stuff I can ask thru AI/ Google but I do not know if it’s true 99% or wrong. so for me better I ask pediatric because they learnt the specific knowledge rather than I just following what social media/ random people article teaching who I don’t know their background. I have so much peaceful mind after we met dr Leong Jen Jen with her explanation and until now (January 2026) I’m still holding doc Leong advice if I’m confusing something about my baby. Thank you doc Leong n Team. Also Thank you Sunway hospital Penang for having a service number for +62 patient so that I still can contact dr Leong.

My daughter was admitted to Room 660,Ward 6B. The nurses and Dr Leong Jen Jen were very caring, attentive, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. Thank you Ward 6B team for the excellent care.

My son was admitted to the Paediatric department at Sunway Medical Centre Penang and overall experience was very good. Dr. Leong and the nurses were friendly and explained things clearly, so everything was easy to understand. The admission process was smooth. The environment and toilet were clean. Special thanks to Mr. Q for the food service, very fast and helpful, really appreciate it. Overall, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to the paediatric team.
