Our family has consistently chosen this hospital owing to the many positive experiences we have had here. To keep this brief, i mention only a few of members of the hospital staff by name who left a lasting impression, though there are more staff I'd like to thank. Dr Lee Mei Ling - Both of my children are under the care of Dr. Lee, who is gentle, patient, and soft-spoken. Her approachable manner made my children feel at ease. She always patiently answer all of my questions thoroughly, giving me assurance that we are in good hands. Nurses of the pediatrics ward - Thank you for remembering us when we returned several months later — it meant so much to feel that personal connection! Eling from Customer Service - Eling has a way of making us feel less like patients and more like family. Whenever she sees us, she takes the time to engage in small, friendly conversations that make us feel truly at home and well cared for. Thomas, Physiotherapist - Thomas is very skilled in helping with my tendinitis problem, and I truly appreciate how gently and patiently he carried out the dry needling procedure. His calm and understanding approach made every sessions much easier. Thank you for the genuine care from all of you and being our preferred hospital.

We are truly grateful as our children, who were down with influenza, received such attentive care during the 4D3Nstay here.
