Good service and good environment especially Dr Charles who is a patient and experienced doctor.

Came here because my child had a high fever. Immediately requested admission, and the doctor promptly conducted blood tests and everything. Within a few hours, we received the blood test results, which were positive for RSV. The waiting time was not long, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The doctor and nurses made a great effort to handle my child's behavior, as they were scared of everyone 😆. This is my second time admitting my child here, and the service has been consistently excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat their child to choose Dr. Charles 🥰. He is a very good, thorough, and understanding doctor. The nurses on the ward are also very kind and gentle. I’m truly so happy and thankful that my kids were treated by Dr. Charles, the Paed Specialist. He is incredibly kind and gentle, and he took such detailed care of my son. He checked everything carefully and kept interacting with my son to make sure his now in good condition. The way he explained everything with so patient and clear. Seeing my son smile and feel comfortable during every ward round made me feel so relieved and grateful. When my son was admitted, we were given a single room, and honestly, I was amazed. The room was spacious, clean and made us feel so comfortable during a stressful time. The service at Columbia Hospital was truly wonderful. The nurses and the doctor were so good. As a parent, I felt listened to, supported and cared for. I’m genuinely happy with everything, and I deeply appreciate the kindness and professionalism we experienced. Highly recommended!
