Came here because my child had a high fever. Immediately requested admission, and the doctor promptly conducted blood tests and everything. Within a few hours, we received the blood test results, which were positive for RSV. The waiting time was not long, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The doctor and nurses made a great effort to handle my child's behavior, as they were scared of everyone 😆. This is my second time admitting my child here, and the service has been consistently excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat their child to choose Dr. Charles 🥰. He is a very good, thorough, and understanding doctor. The nurses on the ward are also very kind and gentle. As a new mother, I truly have to give Dr. Charles 5 stars. New moms are bound to get anxious whenever their baby feels unwell. I am so fortunate to have met Dr. Charles; he is truly a very patient, thorough, and highly responsible doctor. He never rushes a consultation, and he always patiently answers any questions I have. This is truly important. My baby now sees him for every vaccination. My baby is neither afraid nor cries when seeing him; she always smiles when she sees him and doesn't even cry during injections. Due to my own carelessness, I accidentally let my one-year-old baby eat allergenic food. In such an emergency, I could only rush to the nearest hospital. Fortunately, late at night, Dr. Carles arrived 🥲. His consultation was very thorough, asking about family allergy history and understanding all subtle symptoms and details before working with the medical staff to administer immediate medication and treatment. The baby 👶🏻 also showed timely improvement after the medication. During the hospital stay, I took the baby for a walk. I discovered that this is not just a newly opened hospital. The front desk staff here 🏥 greeted us with humble, polite smiles and even wore name tags with Chinese names. This reassured patients and their families who have difficulty with Malay or English when seeking consultation 👍🏻. The lobby environment is clean and tidy. I also observed other specialist doctors treating patients with humility and meticulousness, making every consultation and every communication truly excellent! Of course, the nurses and medical staff are all very polite and gentle. It allowed me to witness their serious work attitude here. The subsequent treatment process was smooth. The doctor patiently and clearly explained various knowledge about babies with allergies, which dispelled our doubts. It also made us parents feel very at ease. Great customer service at registration. The receptionist brought all documents back and forth from the counter for me while I was seated handling my sick daughter. The triage team at Level 1 were light-hearted, friendly, and patient while they worked, which was great as I arrived a little distressed ❤️ My girl was referred to Dr. Charles Ong. His office is very welcoming, bright, and clean, with lots of toys and an aquarium. Dr. Charles made our hospital experience relaxed and comfortable. He explained the medical situation professionally, went through all medical reports with us, worked quickly and efficiently, and had insight into insurance policies, which helped me make better decisions during our treatment. He accommodated us as much as possible and even came to check on my daughter in the ward over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). The team of nurses in the ward were great. It was my daughter's first time in the hospital, and Miss Edura was especially kind—offering her stickers and even helping to look after her while I ran down to the café to buy some food. Also, the hospital food was top notch, and portions were large. My daughter didn’t want to share some of her food with me 🥲 The café food was also very good, and we frequented it during our stay. We stayed for 5 days, and I think I gained weight 🤣 During discharge, I was behind a customer who was giving a staff member a hard time as he couldn’t understand his insurance GL status. I want to commend Staff Sneha for handling the situation very well by calmly explaining repeatedly, pointing out what had been done and what was left to do.
