I had a tremendous experience upon bringing my little girl for review with paeds,Dr Nithyah assisted by CA Syahirah..a very warm and friendly welcome really please my heart as a mother..Thank you so much Dr.. Another thing worth mentioning and really surprised me is that the effort from pharmacy department.. as we all know the syrup antibiotics prescribed must be stored in the fridge..they kindly packed the medications with dry ice to maintain the temperature of the syrup medications to buffer the period of me going back home for proper storage.. Personally for me,it is very thoughtful and make KPJBDOSH stands out! First time seeing this kind of thoughtful service.. Nicely done..really.. Oh wait! Another thing worth mentioning..they gave us a small meaningful gift for noise disturbances due to ongoing construction work..but no obvious disturbing sound really..but still..they go beyond when serving the patients..so nice! Best paediatrician in the world - Dr Nithyah. Always keen to know the patient history in details and full of humour for the kid. Facilities is the best as well, room is very cold, view is very nice, nurse is very friendly and helpful.
