My Neuro doctor is very helpful and very direct no running around the bush. She helps me a lot realising i dong have hypertension. For the nurses they are all very helpful and frieny. Kudos to the team of neuroscience and to Dr. Ooi.

I dunno why there are so many bad reviews. But i think it depends on which doc and department ur referring to. My mom has Parkinson and Dr.Ooi Phaik Yee (Neurology) is the best doc u can go to as she will carefully assess patient’s condition + symptoms. If ur elderly parents suffered from the side effect of Madorpa (PD medicine), Dr.Ooi is able to assist you in the dosage intake. She’s very understanding and will advise according to the patient’s needs.

Very bad experience with Neuroscience Dr Ooi Phaik Yee who was non-emphathetic and cold towards patient and family. Quote "tell your other doctor what you want to do", "this illness will definitely progress, there is nothing you can do, ok?", "will definitely need to take more medications in the end." I mean, doesn't matter what facts you want to state, there are surely more humane way to inform a patient. Dr Ooi gave us all the chatgpt response (chatgpt does better) came across as impatient and rude. Not recommended at all.
