I had a recent surgery to remove neck subcutaneous abscess and sebaceous cyst on my face at KMI Hospital, and the experience was very successful and positive during my admission period. The surgery was done by Dr Vikneswaren, and it was done very nicely and professionally. I felt no pain at all during the procedure, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. After the surgery, the care I received was excellent. The nurses like Hasmida and others l forgot the names handled everything gently and perfectly. Special thanks to all of them, they truly live for their job and do it with passion and care. The wound dressing was done very well, and the recovery speed was truly amazing. In less than two weeks, such a big, deep, and open wound had completely healed. The receptionists were very welcoming, always smiling and happy. This made the whole environment feel warm, comfortable, and full of hope. The food was also very good well prepared and always served on time. Overall, the doctors, nurses, and all staff at KMI Hospital are very professional and kind. I truly appreciate all of you for the great work you do every day to save lives. Thank you so much.
