All satisfied treatment from Dr ng rui lun ,Dr Marcus and all staff from ward 5a. Nursery and delivery suites. Lactation nurse hanis also good explanation and care for me and my baby. Sheena give good explanation regarding baby health education. Thankyou

I recommend Dr. Roland, paediatrician cardiologist. Service was great, explanation is detailed but easy to understand, gentle to the baby, not forcing if they are scared. Hospital food was okay, there's quite a good options to choose from.

My son had high fever and I rushed him here for treatment. Dr. Roland, the paediatrician, is very experienced and attentive — truly an excellent doctor. The nurses are friendly and polite, deserving more than 5 stars for their service. The hospital layout is clean and spacious. The registration and admission process could be improve. The TV in the room is great, with plenty of channels to keep you entertained while accompanying your child.

Overall, we appreciate the care and dedication shown by the SMCP team, Dr Roland, staff nurse at ward 6B, 6A, and ICU/HDU towards our child. As parents of a paediatric patient, a clean room environment is especially important for our peace of mind. We felt that room cleanliness could be improved to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for children and families.
