Throughout my stay: Dr. Oon Min Jeh: Was highly professional, provided clear explanations regarding my condition (acute appendicitis), and the surgery went very smoothly. He is a very attentive and caring doctor. Nursing Staff: All the staff nurses were very friendly, efficient, and monitored my condition with great dedication. Overall Service: From the registration process to discharge, everything was highly satisfactory. The service provided by all hospital staff was very customer-friendly.
