Since 2022, my child has had adenoid problems. After contracting COVID-19, it became more sensitive. Whenever my child eats or drinks something wrong, they experience phlegmy coughs and high fever. They have been admitted here frequently. Dr. Teo Kai Ru (Connie), the pediatrician who has been treating my child until full recovery. Alhamdulillah 🌹 🤲 I am very grateful to her because she is the best and very friendly and caring pediatrician for my child. Not to forget her clinic staff, Ms. Farah Hamiza, who is very kind-hearted and diligent. I gave birth at KPJ bandar dato onn on 1/8/2024. Alhamdulillah my baby girl is all healthy and perfect. Hence I would like to express my gratitude to all of the professional doctors involved during my c-section especially dr Idayu. Not gonna lie, i was scared as hell cause this was my first time giving birth and i had to be operated. Doctors and nurses were very friendly and took care of me well, it calmed me down a bit eventho i was nervous during the process. My child was recently admitted under the care of Dr. Connie, and I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and care provided by the entire clinic team. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Connie and clinic staff CA Farah were very attentive, reassuring, and provided clear explanations about my child's condition and the necessary treatment. Dr. Connie was very gentle, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions as a worried mother. She truly demonstrated a sense of responsibility and compassion towards the young patient. CA Farah, on the other hand, was very friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist us throughout our stay. Their service made us feel more at ease and valued. The clinic environment was also clean, comfortable, and child-friendly – which greatly helped my child feel calmer and less fearful. My son received a good treatment here for 5days. The staffs, nurses and doctors all were friendly and well treated my son. Dr Nithiyah and Dr Connie provide me a fully well explanation regarding my son conditions. Foods are good, much better than other hospital. The dissapointed part is discharge process taking so much longer, almost 6 hours. Hopefully the hospital can improve on that.
