Had a very good experience with Dr Ronald at Regency Specialist Hospital. He is very kind, caring, and attentive towards my father . He explained everything clearly and made my father & family feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Highly recommended! Special thanks as well to CA Aisyah for making the ward admission process so smooth and fast.

My dad was warded in this hosp due to open fracture and subsequently clinic follow-ups with the specialists here. I must give credits to the specialists, Dr Soh, Dr Ronald and staff nurses here for their professionalism, care and friendliness. Dad was hospitalised due to other illness in another private hosp in Iskandar Puteri years ago, when asked which hosp he would prefer to seek treatment, he's more willing to come to Regency. Not to forget the porters stationed at the entrance, the service was exceptional. I guess the only downside is the car park which is not sheltered and usually full on weekdays. Overall 5 star experience. Keep up the good work!

Doctor ronald lim services is good. The chemo staff also friendly. The staff chemo not to disturb the patient , give the patient rest . Besides, the timing is also reasonable accept if the patient is not too many.The toilet at level G need to be improved
