The doctor is very good and very warm. From the first meeting, I felt comfortable because the doctor really took the time to listen and explain clearly. I received excellent service from KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital. This was my first time being admitted to a hospital, and I was hospitalized for three days without a companion. However, I never felt worried because the staff nurses checked on me regularly to ensure I was comfortable and in good condition. My doctor, Dr. Che' Wan Aminud-din, provided clear and thorough explanations regarding my health condition, which I truly appreciated. Thank you to everyone who took care of me during my hospitalization. Also thanks to Ms. Wana from Customer Service for assisting me with the KPJ Cares Apps. Make it very easy for me to check my reports, bills, and upcoming appointments. The facilities are also excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommended.
