I was admitted to Sentosa Specialist Hospital, Mawar Ward, Room 104B, for a left wrist fracture under the care of Dr. Danial. Prior to starting physiotherapy, my hand had remained swollen for almost a week and I was experiencing significant pain. I would like to extend my special thanks to my physiotherapist, Tivya, for her excellent care and professionalism. She provided effective physiotherapy treatment that significantly reduced my hand swelling and pain within a week. She also took the time to educate me clearly on the dos and don’ts, which helped me understand my condition and recovery process better. I was recently admitted to this hospital and received treatment under Dr. Danial. He is an excellent and attentive orthopaedic doctor. I highly recommend him. Even during my surgery, when I was extremely nervous, he managed to calm me down with his reassuring presence and constant smile. A truly kind and professional doctor. The nurses who took care of me during my stay in Room 109 were also very attentive and caring. They provided excellent service and frequently reminded me to call them if I needed anything. I truly appreciate their dedication and warmth. Regarding the admission process at the emergency ward, the nurse who inserted the branula could have been more careful. The first attempt failed and the needle got stuck, which made me more anxious since I am someone who is afraid of needles. Fortunately, a doctor stepped in, inserted it correctly, and calmed me down. I’m very thankful for that. Not forgetting the physiotherapy team, especially the thin girl (I forgot to ask her name) who clearly explained the do’s and don’ts after discharge. Her explanation was very clear and detailed, and through her dedication, it was evident how much she loves her job. While I was doing my physiotherapy, there were two other patients there, and I observed how kindly and patiently she guided them through their exercises, offering advice and encouragement. Her professionalism and care truly stood out. As for the pantry service, the food provided was delicious and always served on time. Thank you to all the dedicated aunties and sisters who prepared and delivered the meals. I requested hot water multiple times, and it was provided without hesitation, much appreciated! Lastly, the housekeeping team also did a wonderful job in maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for your care and service.

Dr Daniel was great in helping me to get the best treatment option and advise me on my trigger even at his clinic and beside me at operation threater .H advise me at every stage of procedure .I am became more alert and less fearful at every step and he even told me of experience l would go throught during the surgery . Sentosa hosp has Amazing nurses / staffand when l was warded at Melor Wad and likewise also at operation threater.Amazing transformation compared at 2012 to 2024.Keep it up.Great place
