Second admission at this hospital. (Been here for Dengue and then for hemorrhoids surgergy) No complaints really, doctors and nurses are very qualified. Throughout my stay Nabilah knew I was a bit worried about the surgery and reassured me things would be ok! General surgeon Dr Chong has been integral to my surgery and recovery. Sent my dad here for a heart surgery and Dr Richard did really well despite the complications encountered during the surgery’s first attempt. Ms Goh at the reception stands out for sure! There’s a difference about her. I, who originated in the hospitality background, am able to spot similarities in the way she interacts with people. Oh and today I saw how the security guards have been trained to empathise with patients too. There was a lady walking with crutches from the parking lot which was some ways from the main entrance and upon noticing her - a security guard walked towards her with a wheelchair to assist her.

Wanted to give a review on doctor Chong Hoong Weng. Super grateful to have a doctor like him with the good encounters I’ve had with him! 1. Before my surgery I had expressed my concerns on my GL not getting approved and I called his nurse (Zalina) to tell her to cancel the surgery because I was worried. She (Zalina) reassured me that it will be okay. Later on that same day, doctor Chong called me to reassure me and to walk me through the process and I felt more relieved after that. 2. My surgery went smoothly, doctor Chong was efficient and fast there were no delays and he (Dr Chong) didn’t keep me admitted for long either. 3. My follow-up appointments have been very good doctor Chong is very patient to explain if I have any concerns or questions. 4. Only thing is sometimes during follow-ups, doctor Chong can come in a bit later than his usual time so it can be quite a wait. This is my first time at Columbia but I’ve had a great experience thus far. He is professional and a great doctor to me. Thanks doctor Chong and cik Zalina!😊🙏🏻 Also their food here is pretty good compared to other hospitals🤭

The services provided at CAH-PJ are superb, with very friendly and helpful staff. They are attentive to patients' needs and readily offer assistance. Dr. Chong Hoong Weng is a very experienced surgeon who thoroughly explained my gallbladder inflammation and gastritis. My stay in ward MD3, room 86B, was comfortable; the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with daily cleaning service. The nurses Praba, Iffrah, Lydia, Surya, and Thivya were very helpful and efficient, providing excellent support throughout my stay. The blood draws and IV procedures were performed swiftly and painlessly. The staff are truly experienced professionals. This is my third time in CAH-PJ, but for different procedures. Their exceptional service gained my trust and will definitely be my no.1 choice of hospital always.
