Hospital Facilities are 5/5 Registration and Admission 4.5/5 Staffs Attitude - 5/5 Doctor's Treatment- 5/5 Background: I had set a check up for a recurring minor chest pain, unknown cause and had forgotten my IC on appointment date. 1. On registration, inspite of my lapse, the staffs were able to assist in registration flawlessly as long as I have a digital or copy of my IC. Service was efficient. 2. Nurse was accomodating, upon finding that I need to be monitor after the check up, they have suggested for me to be admitted instead to ease the process and in consideration of my time. 3. My results then was discussed with the doctors thoroughly. Dr Rosliza from Gen Surgery was very patience with my question and very reassuring. Dr Shahrul from Cardiology as well was very proactive, as he immediately referred me to Gen Surgery after initial diagnosis was incorrect. The pain was still there yet my heart was fine. So he promptly suggest to refer to Gen Surgery. I am happy with my choice for Columbia Asia Klang. Columbia Asia Overall Rating - 5/5 Hopefully, this level of service and steadfast will continue.

I am meeting Dr syahrul due bradycardia (low).. he is so polite..and explain clearly..the test has been done accordingly and after followup result test he explain and show my condition was ok..i am so happy and recommend this doctor to all.. In july 2024 i am admitted due to migrain with meningioma meeting Dr Hasnur..glad that the size of tumor is maintained after 2nd MRI in early Nov 2024.. currently still under monitoring.. Dr hasnur,nurse are nice and all the facilities are convenient..

I was patient at room 75A I was treated by Dr. Krish and he was honestly amazing. He explained every detail about my condition clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening. The treatment went smoothly, and I truly think he’s a friendly doctor, kind, skilled, and very professional. I felt very confident under his care. The nurses at the Emergency Department were fast, efficient, and super friendly. I had my chest pain . the staff were so gentle and made everything smooth and less stressful for me. Once I got admitted, the nurses in the ward were incredibly helpful, always warm and patient especially night staff Ms Ruganeswary. This my second admission at Colombia KLANG. First treated by Dr Shahrul for Dizziness was good treatment and explanation. I'm really happy and satisfied with the care I received. Thank you so much!

The entire process—from the initial check-up to discovering two blockages—was handled with transparency and professionalism. The procedure itself was smooth and efficiently carried out.
