I received treatment promptly without any delays. All medical reports were complete. I also received cooperation from all the staff in helping to expedite the approval of my Guarantee Letter (GL), even though there were some matters that complicated things for them. The best and most commendable, in my opinion, is Dr. Steve Ng Chen Fei from the Neurology department, who was very helpful and accommodating. If you have any nerve-related issues, do consult this doctor. Believe me!
