Good customer services, professional hardworking doctor (Dr Hiew Fu Liong) that attended me in all my needs even after usual working hours. Good dietitian (4 times per day) serves me with big portion and very balance diet. My body, skin are healthy each time consumed the meals. Friendly physiotherapists(Mr Tan) and nurses too. Am in very safe hands and felt secure each time I got warded here. (Warded 8-9 days) *There is room of improvement such as the bathroom need to maintain better on its shower and sink, a hair dryer, more toiletries ranges given especially to lady patient like us who is also having long hairs. I received treatment promptly without any delays. All medical reports were complete. I also received cooperation from all the staff in helping to expedite the approval of my Guarantee Letter (GL), even though there were some matters that complicated things for them.
