The nurses were incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr.Aaron Tan and Dr.Wan explained my situation thoroughly, answered all my questions, and ensured I understood the next steps for recovery. Their attention to detail and bedside manner were excellent.

Dr Aaron is an AMAZING Neurosurgeon (and almost the singular reason I pick where I find resolution for my and my family’s health concerns) and all the service staff, physiotherapists and orderlies included are just super friendly and genuinely kind. The nurses (I stayed on the 4th and 6th floor both times I was there) and they were all super attentive, helpful and kind. There are some folks who treat you nice, just for the sake of good reviews, but these folks I’ve encountered were genuinely good and warm-hearted people! Over3 and 4 full days I had to stay both times there, everyone there has made my stays truly comfortable and well taken cared of. A nice touch from the mgmt team with a little note and souvenir didn’t hurt either. For a local non-group established hospital, the service and costs are competitive and wonderful!

I'm deeply thankful to all the wonderful nurses on Level 6, the caring physiotherapy team, and my amazing doctor, Dr.Aaron. During my 10 days in the hospital, they looked after me with such kindness, patience, and dedication. I am truly touched and grateful for everything you have done for me ♥️ Bagan specialist hospital the best 🥰
