Good service at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. The doctors and nurses are all excellent. Especially Dr. Hayati, Dr. Lai, Dr. Shabudin, and many more. Over the past 4 years of coming here, we have received services from nearly 10 doctors. Thank you also to customer service officer Puan Syarifah for her kindness in attending to customers.

The Angio team is very friendly..especially Ms Shuhaini..friendly..other staff are also ok.the best..Dr Benard, Dr Lai, Dr Najeb are very helpful..CSA Sharifah is friendly, helpful, professional in her duties..overall ok..reliable.

The service and care in ward 1 were good. Dr. Lai Chuang Chee provided good service. Nurse Rajin was diligent and good. Izzat from customer service also visited the ward.

I have been admitted here 3 times. The treatment is all good and the food is delicious. Dr. Lai Chuang Chee is the best. The nurses on Ward 1 and the customer service representative, Izzat, are helpful, enjoy chatting, and are friendly with patients.
